What is TADA Card?

TADA Card is the all-in-one gift card can be redeemed into a wide selection of gifts such as shopping vouchers, electronics, home furnishings, hotel tickets, airline tickets, credit, donations and zakat at redeem.usetada.com.

Log in with your TADA card number and PIN here.

How do I use TADA Card?

Log in at redeem.usetada.com and fill out the card number and PIN listed on your card. For those who received a TADA card from the company or program listed below, there is a dedicated place for you to log in. Please click the link to take you to the page:

Where can I find my card number and PIN?

The card number and PIN can be found on the back of your TADA card. The card number is a 16 digit number and the PIN a 6 digit number.

I have entered my card number and PIN but still cannot log in.

Please call our Customer Service to reset your PIN. You will be asked to provide your name, card number, phone number, and e-mail.

Do I pay for shipping fee?

For Jabodetabek, shipping fee is free until March 31, 2017. Shipping fee applies for those outside of Jabodetabek and will be deducted from your TADA card balance. Shipping fee will depend on the region.

I did not receive my digital orders (Pulsa, PLN, e-vouchers)

For prepaid phone credit, or pulsa, and PLN has a maximum delivery time limit of 1x24 hours from the time of booking. If it has been more than 1x24 hours, please contact our Customer Service for further service.

How long will it take to send my e-voucher? Where will it be sent?

E-voucher will be sent within 2 business days to the phone number or email that was entered during checkout.

I have redeemed at redeem.usetada.com but to this day I still have not received my gift.

The process of delivery will take 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If you have not received your gift within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I track my order?

After completing the payment on redeem.usetada.com, click Order Tracking and select the transaction ID to see the detail of your order. The delivery status on this page.

I do not want to redeem all my TADA value. Can I still use the remaining value?

Yes, the remaining value is still available for later purchase.

Can I bring my TADA card to a retail store and use it?

No. TADA card can only be used by logging in to redeem.usetada.com and redeeming it for a selection of gifts on the website.

What should I do if my TADA card is lost or stolen? Do I get a replacement card?

TADA cards that have been activated should be treated as cash and if the card is lost, immediately contact our Customer Service to block the card. If you want to have a replacement card you will be charged for the new card and your last remaining balance will be loaded on to the new card.

What should I do if my TADA card is damaged?

You are still able to log in to redeem.usetada.com as long as you have the card number and PIN.

What should I do if I forget my PIN TADA?

Please contact Customer Service to get further support.

How much I can use my TADA?

TADA can be used once or more until your balance reaches zero.

What are the terms and conditions of TADA?

TADA cannot be refunded and can only be redeemed with a gift in accordance with the existing balance.

Can TADA payment can be combined with any other payment method?

If your balance is insufficient, payment can be combined with a credit card.

Will I be able to return or exchange gifts that have been purchased in redeem.usetada.com?

No. A gift that is exchanged / bought in redeem.usetada.com cannot be exchanged / returned.

Will I be able to check how much balance is left on my card?

You can check the remaining balance in your TADA card once you log in at redeem.usetada.com.

What are the advantages of using TADA card?

You can redeem TADA value with various prizes such as shopping vouchers, home appliances, gadgets & electronics, hotel booking, flight tickets, donation, charity, and telco vouchers.

Can I add balance in my TADA card by using another TADA card?

No. Inter-card balance transfer cannot be done.

What if my remaining balance is not enough for a transaction?

There is an option to continue payment through mixed payment where you can partially pay for the item with your debit card (bank transfer) when your TADA card balance is insufficient. Please take note that the difference needs to be at least Rp10,000, the minimum amount for bank transfer.
